Groups formed by individuals of a certain expression of art learned and preserved through the laws of oral transmission (from parents to children, from generation to generation). Those who have been in charge of bringing future and present generations a set of demonstrations, expressed through our Traditional Popular Culture. Preserving and keeping current a whole set of artistic manifestations of different origins, taking them to the community context as a social function, in a festive or ceremonial nature, which in addition to being spiritually satisfying, constitute reliable samples of the traditions and identity of the locality where they reside.
